We’ve been hard at work on some exciting new features to make your recruitment process even smoother and more efficient.
This release is packed full of quality-of-life features to speed up your recruiting game even further! You'll find call-to-action support in Job Adverts, ai-edits for rich text fields and the ability to export Coversheets and CVs together!
📢 Automatic Call To Action in Job Adverts!
You can now set your call-to-action once at the document config level, and AdScribe will automatically include it in all future job adverts generated. This brings us closer to our goal of generating your final version for you instantly, with no further effort required!
How to Use:
Head over to Settings > Document > Job Advert.
Ensure v4 is selected under Template.
Scroll down and insert your call-to-action. 💡 Tip: You can use snippets to quickly fill the call-to-action field!
Save your preset. Future documents will now automatically include your call-to-action.
✍️ AI Micro-Edits for Rich Text Fields!
You asked, we listened! We've had many requests for AI assistance within PDF documents, and we're thrilled to deliver. With the new Edit with AI button, you can now seamlessly refine rich text fields like Profile Summaries or Comments in coversheets and CVs.
How To Use:
Click the purple Edit button on a coversheet or CV.
Scroll to a rich text field such as Profile Summary or Comments.
Click the Wand icon (🪄) and tell the AI what you’d like.
You should see the contents update, with the ability to undo the change.
Common Edit-With-AI Examples:
Anonymise the candidate
Make it gender neutral
Fix spelling errors
Make it bullets
📄 Introducing Candidate Packs!
Streamline your candidate presentation! You can now effortlessly export coversheets and CVs into a single, combined PDF – perfect for sending to clients.
How To Use:
Ensure you are on a candidate with both a CV and Coversheet.
Select either the coversheet or CV.
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.
Click Export Candidate Pack.
You should have your combined PDF exported for you!
